Plan the whole sequence
A procedure visit is not a single appointment. Plan for pre-procedure review, the procedure day, early follow-up and the return journey. The Traveling Patient Program can sequence appointments so that a single trip covers as much as is clinically sensible.
Practical arrangements
Accommodation near each center, ground transport, a support person and realistic timing for the flight home are the four things patients most often underestimate. Coordinators can advise on distances and typical timing without recommending or endorsing specific providers.
Records and documentation
Send records ahead rather than carrying them, keep your Plate Identification Card accessible, and confirm each appointment before travelling. Rescheduling is far easier before a flight is booked than after one is missed.
