Your registered record, your care guidance and your annual review. Keeping the record current — a new external plate, a revision, a change of center — is the single most useful habit for long-term care, and takes a phone call.
What changes
Skin, tissue, activity and taste all change over a decade. Patients revise profiles, change finishes, add or retire external plates. None of this is a failure of the original plan; it is the reason the plan was documented in the first place.
Staying connected
Annual Plate Checks, MyAREOLA and your center's nursing line are the three points of contact most patients use. Patients who move can transfer annual review to whichever center is most practical.
