Understand what drives the figure

Every plan is privately paid in full, so the financial conversation is about the plan itself rather than about coverage. The system you choose is the single largest variable, and Private Client Services will explain how each component is quoted before an estimate is prepared.

02

What an estimate is

An AREOLA estimate is individualized and assumption-based: it states what it assumes about the pathway, the system, the finish and any commissioned work. If any assumption changes, the estimate changes. No estimate is a fixed quotation.

03

Questions to bring

A realistic sense of what you want to spend, and any questions about deposits, payment timing or discretion in billing. Private Client Services would rather have that conversation early than present a figure at the end that reframes the whole plan.
