ScopeFee structure; individual figures come in a written estimate
01

Four components

Every plan is quoted in four parts: the professional component for the surgeon and clinical team; the facility component for the center and perioperative care; the system component for the plate itself; and the follow-up component covering the defined post-procedure sequence and the first Annual Plate Check.

02

The system component is where plans differ most

A fixed steel system and a commissioned gem-set platinum system are separated by an order of magnitude. Material, profile, finish, attachment, engraving and any stone setting all bear on it, which is why the system component is quoted after the design conversation rather than before.

03

What is quoted separately

Additional imaging, unrelated care, design changes made after a plan is documented, additional external plates for an interchangeable collection, later revision and travel are quoted separately. The Institute does not fold contingencies into a headline figure to keep it tidy.

04

Published ranges

AREOLA does not publish a price list. Ranges vary too widely across systems for a published figure to be useful, and a number without a plan behind it tends to anchor a decision that should be made on other grounds. An individualized estimate is prepared at no charge.
