Why more than one statement

Professional, facility, system and Studio components may be invoiced separately, which is why one episode of care can produce several statements. Your coordinator can map every statement against the original estimate line by line.

02

Why a statement differs from the estimate

Usually because the plan changed, a design decision was added after documentation, or a precious-material component was reconfirmed at procurement. Where a difference is significant, ask for a review — counselors would rather explain a variance than have a client assume the estimate meant nothing.

03

Disputes

Billing questions go to Private Client Services rather than to a clinical team. An account under active review is held, and nothing in dispute is referred for collection while the Institute is still reviewing it.
