Clients with a named coordinator should contact them directly; they hold the file and can answer most questions without a transfer. Everyone else reaches Private Client Services through National Patient Services at 334-209-7090.
What to have ready
The account or statement number and the date of service. For Studio invoices, the commission reference from the design record, which appears on every piece of correspondence about that work.
Written questions
Financial questions can be submitted through MyAREOLA, which creates a record of the exchange. Substantive questions are answered in writing, usually within several business days.
