01

Estimates and agreements

Patients receive an individualized, assumption-based estimate before scheduled care, and self-pay patients receive a written financial agreement. Neither is a quotation, and both are reissued when the plan or the assumptions change.

02

Classification

All AREOLA care is elective and privately paid in full. There is no coverage pathway, no classification exercise and no third-party determination anywhere in the financial process.

03

Assistance and collections

Financial assistance is reviewed against a published policy. Accounts in active review or dispute are held. Financial standing does not affect clinical care, and financial review is kept structurally separate from clinical decision-making.

04

Oversight

Financial policy is approved by executive leadership and overseen by the Audit Committee of the Board, which also reviews the institute's community benefit and assistance reporting.
