What you will do.
- Lead center operating plans spanning patient access, staffing, facilities, service readiness and administrative performance.
- Partner with clinical and nursing leaders on capacity, scheduling, issue escalation and implementation of national priorities.
- Review operational measures, budgets and service trends and translate findings into accountable improvement plans.
- Develop managers, clarify cross-functional ownership and maintain a consistent cadence of center communication.
- Represent the center in network planning and coordinate selected regional initiatives across AREOLA operations.
How you will work.
No AREOLA role operates alone. This position maintains close working relationships with:
- Regional Medical Director and center nursing leadership
- Patient Access, Financial Services and Traveling Patient Program
- Facilities, technology, security and corporate service partners
- National Quality, Human Resources and Finance
What you bring.
Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience.
- Demonstrated leadership across access, staffing, service performance and multidisciplinary problem-solving.
- Experience using financial and operational information to set priorities and follow through on results.
- Ability to preserve clear clinical-administrative boundaries while building strong leadership partnerships.
Helpful additional experience
- Graduate degree in healthcare administration, business, public health or a related field.
- Experience in ambulatory surgery, specialty practice, academic medicine or a multisite care network.
- Background leading managers through growth, facility change or service-standardization work.
Your first year.
Establish relationships, review center measures and identify the highest-priority operating risks and opportunities.
Implement an accountable operating plan with clinical, access and workforce leaders.
Demonstrate measurable improvement in a center access, readiness or service-coordination priority.
