The opportunity

Why this role exists.

The Perioperative RN supports patients through the most clinically concentrated part of the AREOLA journey. The role combines disciplined safety practice with calm communication for adults who may be balancing elective history, highly personal design decisions and unfamiliar specialty care.

Patients remember whether the team was prepared, whether explanations were clear and whether concerns were taken seriously. The RN helps make those standards visible while coordinating safe care across the procedural day and early recovery.
