01

Quality across the full pathway

AREOLA measures quality from first access through long-term follow-up. Review includes communication, planning documentation, clinical process, plate registration, patient experience and participation in recommended Annual Plate Checks.

02

Materials and system quality

Plate work passes through fabrication documentation, surface inspection, clinical verification and patient-specific registration. Magnetic-system compatibility and external-plate records are maintained within controlled quality processes.

03

Learning from concerns

Clinical events, near misses, patient concerns and operational breakdowns can enter structured review. The purpose is to identify contributing conditions, take proportionate action and share relevant learning across centers.

04

Patient participation

Patient surveys, navigator feedback and the Patient Advisory Council inform communication, access and long-term-support priorities. Feedback is considered alongside clinical and operational measures.

05

Public accountability

The Quality & Outcomes page and annual reporting set summarize selected measures, governance and improvement priorities. Public measures are defined consistently and accompanied by context.
