01

Experience as part of quality

AREOLA treats whether patients feel informed, respected and able to navigate care as part of quality—not as a separate hospitality measure.

02

How patients are heard

Feedback comes through surveys, patient coordinators, care teams, formal concerns, follow-up conversations and the Patient Advisory Council. Different channels allow immediate issues and broader themes to be addressed appropriately.

03

What AREOLA reviews

Common domains include appointment preparation, clarity of roles, understandable information, participation in decisions, travel coordination, recovery communication and long-term access.

04

Closing the loop

Patient Experience works with clinical, nursing, digital, financial and operational leaders to assign improvement work and communicate material changes to the teams involved.

05

Patient Advisory Council

The council brings adult patient and caregiver perspectives into selected policy, education, navigation and quality discussions while protecting individual privacy.
